By accessing or using the website at stantonsunrooms.com, or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Superior Stanton Sunrooms & Patios ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors to the website and to all customers who enter into a service agreement with us. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Superior Stanton Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom and patio construction, installation, and remodeling services in Stanton, CA and surrounding Orange County communities. Services include but are not limited to sunroom additions, four season sunrooms, three season sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen room installation, patio cover installation, solarium installation, and related conversions and remodeling work.
All work is performed by licensed and insured contractors. Service availability is limited to our defined service area. We reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Superior Stanton Sunrooms & Patios - whether given verbally, by email, or through a written proposal - are based on information available at the time of assessment. All estimates are subject to change if the actual scope of work differs from what was originally assessed.
A written contract or proposal signed by both parties constitutes the binding agreement for a project. Verbal estimates or discussions prior to a signed agreement are not binding commitments to a final price.
Price changes may occur due to unforeseen site conditions, changes in material costs, or changes to the project scope requested by the customer. Any material change to the scope of work will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates depend on permit approval timelines, material availability, and current workload. We provide estimated start dates in good faith, but these dates are not guaranteed until all prerequisites - including permit approval and material delivery - are in place.
If you need to cancel a project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or cancellation fees, will be specified in your individual service contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, permit delays, material delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will notify you as soon as practicable of any scheduling changes.
Payment schedules and accepted payment methods will be specified in your written service contract. In general, projects require a deposit at contract signing, with remaining payments tied to project milestones or completion, as outlined in the contract.
All payments are due by the dates specified in the contract. Late payments may result in a pause in work until the outstanding balance is brought current.
California law grants contractors and subcontractors the right to file a mechanics lien on your property for unpaid work. Before work begins, we will provide you with a preliminary notice as required under California Civil Code. Please review that notice carefully.
Superior Stanton Sunrooms & Patios is responsible for obtaining required building permits for projects where permitting is included in the scope of work, as specified in the written contract. The customer is responsible for any HOA approvals, easement clearances, or other approvals that are not part of the city permitting process.
All work performed by Superior Stanton Sunrooms & Patios is designed to meet applicable local building codes. It is the customer's responsibility to disclose any known site conditions, utility locations, or restrictions that may affect the work.
Any warranties on workmanship or materials will be specified in the written service contract for your project. Where no written warranty is specified, our work is warranted to meet the standard of care customary in the residential construction industry in California.
Manufacturer warranties on materials, windows, doors, or fixtures are the warranties of the respective manufacturers. We will assist you in submitting a manufacturer warranty claim where applicable, but we do not extend manufacturer warranties and are not liable for manufacturer defects.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature (including earthquakes, flooding, or extreme weather events), or damage caused by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior Stanton Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the services we provide or from your use of this website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that specific project.
The content on stantonsunrooms.com - including text, images, and other materials - is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date.

If you have a concern or dispute about services rendered, we ask that you contact us directly first so we can try to resolve the issue. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication without formal proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation. The costs of mediation will be shared equally unless the mediator determines otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, California.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please review this page periodically.
